What is EldinAct? EldinAct is the action mode of Eldin, ChamsPilot's AI system. For email it works as the Inbox AI that does the reply, not just helps you type one.

No data kept: Email body and thread context are processed in-memory for one reply, then dropped. We retain only the metadata you opt in to (deal stage, sender, subject).
Persona-trained: Your reply uses ONLY the rate card, links, brand assets, and tone you have explicitly fed the persona. The model never invents facts about you.
One-click reply: No prompting required. Open the thread, hit Reply, ChamsPilot drafts a reply that already reflects deal stage, brand context, and your rate. You approve and send.

Superhuman makes email faster; EldinAct does the brand-deal work itself: it knows the deal stage, pulls the terms, drafts replies from your own rate card and links, and turns the thread into a contract, none of which Superhuman does. Is ChamsPilot reading every email I receive?

No. ChamsPilot only fetches threads you allow-list (typically: senders that look like brand outreach). Bodies are processed in-memory for one reply and dropped, never persisted to the database, never used to train any model.

Does the one-click reply ever send before I review it?

Only if you explicitly enable EldinAct for that thread class (e.g. "polite no thanks" responses). Default behaviour is draft-and-wait: every send needs your click.

Who makes Superhuman now?

Grammarly bought Superhuman in July 2025 and renamed its whole company Superhuman in October 2025. The email client is now Superhuman Mail, and Grammarly continues as a product.

Does Superhuman have AI replies?

Yes. Instant Reply prepares complete drafts matched to your tone, and Personalization learns your style from past emails. It does not know your rate card, your deal stage or your contracts.

Does EldinAct depend on my email client?

No. EldinAct connects directly to your Gmail or Microsoft 365 account, so the deal work does not depend on which app you read your mail in.
