Tax rules for creators differ by country. If you are registered for VAT, GST or sales tax, show your registration number and the tax on the invoice; if you are not, some countries ask you to state why no tax is charged. Billing a company in another country can move the tax to the client under a reverse charge. Ask an accountant which wording your invoices need.
The free PDF prints its headings in English (Invoice, Bill to, Due date), which suits international brands. If your country requires invoices in your own language or issued through an official e-invoicing system, use that system for those clients.
Agencies often pay on behalf of a brand. Invoice the company named in your contract and send it to the accounts email it gave you.

Without a date, net 30 turns into whenever. Write the agreed date on the invoice.
