One sentence that says what you make and for whom, for example: Beauty creator turning skincare into ritual. Add the email you answer brands from.
Followers, engagement rate, your top demographic (Women, 18-34) and your country split (US 62% / UK 18%). Brands buy your audience, so this block comes first.
Every channel you post on, strongest first. If you enter a combined follower count, list the platforms so a brand can check each one.
Brands you have worked with. One result per brand (views, link clicks, code uses) makes the list far more convincing.
A sponsored post, a Story bundle, a Reel or video and a monthly retainer. Write starting at if prices depend on usage rights.
Two or three sentences about what makes your content or your audience different, backed by something a brand can check.
For each recent post, add up likes, comments, shares and saves, divide by your followers and multiply by 100. Average the result over your last 10 to 12 posts and say which posts you used.
If you prefer reach or views as the base, that is fine too; just name it next to the number, because brands compare engagement rates side by side.

I test every product for four weeks before I post about it, and I show the routine, not just the result. My followers ask where to buy in the comments, which is why skincare brands book me again.

Five sections: who you are, audience numbers (followers, engagement, demographics, countries), platforms, past brand work and rates, plus one or two sentences on why you are different. Keep it to one page so brands read all of it.
Yes, if you want fewer back-and-forth emails. Brands can see at once whether they can afford you. Set your listed rates a little above your lowest acceptable price so you have room to negotiate.
No. Everything runs in your browser. We never log, store, or transmit any field you fill in.
One page. Brands skim many kits, and a single page with your audience, rates and past work gets read. Keep longer case studies in a separate document for when they ask.
Your real one, from your platform analytics, with how you calculated it (usually interactions divided by followers). Brands check it with engagement calculators, so an inflated figure costs more trust than a modest one.
A media kit introduces you: audience, platforms, past work and a summary of rates. A rate card is only the price list, often sent after a brand asks for pricing. This template puts a short rates section inside the kit.
No. Brands read the numbers first. A clean one-page layout with accurate stats, a short bio and clear rates is enough; add photos or a logo later if you want.
