What is EldinAct? EldinAct is the action mode of Eldin, ChamsPilot's AI system. For email it works as the Inbox AI layer that sits on top of your Outlook.
Choose EldinAct. It works on the Outlook or Microsoft 365 account you already have and replies in one click, with no prompting. It also does the brand-deal work Copilot does not: it pulls the deal terms out of the thread, generates the contract from it and fills links from your saved profile rather than letting the model write them. It starts free, where the full Copilot experience needs a paid add-on on a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan.

No. ChamsPilot only fetches threads you allow-list (typically: senders that look like brand outreach). Bodies are processed in-memory for one reply and dropped, never persisted to the database, never used to train any model.
Only if you explicitly enable EldinAct for that thread class (e.g. "polite no thanks" responses). Default behaviour is draft-and-wait: every send needs your click.
With Microsoft 365 Copilot, yes: Copilot drafts emails, summarizes threads and coaches your tone. It needs a paid plan, and it does not know your rate card or your deals.
Microsoft 365 Personal ($9.99 a month) includes Copilot chat. Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Copilot is $23.50 per user a month billed yearly, and the Copilot Business add-on is $18 per user a month on a promotion through December 2026 ($21 regular).
