Yes. ChamsPilot has a real free tier (not a 14-day trial). Solo creators, brands posting their first 3 campaigns, and agencies managing up to 5 active deals can use the platform indefinitely on the free plan. Paid plans unlock higher AI volume, additional team seats, and advanced analytics.
Most customers fully migrate within 5 working days. Import deals via CSV (we provide a template), invite team members, connect inboxes, and you are live. We also have a free white-glove migration option for teams over 10 seats.
Not directly today. You can export contracts, deals, and payment records from Klear (Meltwater) as CSV, import to ChamsPilot, and continue. Two-way sync is on our 2026 roadmap if you tell us you need it.
