Say you enter brand Acme Cosmetics, creator Jane Doe, a fee of $1,500, posting by June 30, one TikTok of at least 30 seconds plus two Instagram Stories with a link, 30 days of skincare exclusivity, and no usage rights. This is where the draft puts those details:

The draft follows the structure creator deals use: parties, deliverables, payment, usage rights, kill fee and signatures. Whether it binds depends on both parties signing it and on the law of your country. ChamsPilot does not give legal advice, so have a lawyer read any high-value, exclusive or long deal before you sign.

English. The AI writes the contract in plain English whatever the language of this page, and the four templates are in English too. If your deal needs another language, translate the draft and have the translation checked before anyone signs.
The parties, exact deliverables with dates, the total fee and when each part is paid, usage rights with an end date, exclusivity limited to a category and a number of days, revision rounds, a kill fee, the duty to disclose the ad, independent contractor status, governing law and signatures. The generator drafts each of these as its own numbered section.
The share of the fee the brand still pays if it cancels after signing, often 50% in creator contracts. It pays for the dates you reserved and the offers you turned down. The AI contract maker writes a 50% kill fee into every draft unless you edit it.
Set an end date. A common starting point is 6 months of organic reposting, with paid ads or whitelisting priced separately for a set number of days. Usage in perpetuity lets a brand keep running your content for years without paying again.
If the brand expects a post, yes. Even for free product, write down what you will post, by when, how long the brand may use it and that it will be labelled as an ad: in the United States the FTC treats free products as a connection you must disclose. A short agreement based on the sponsored content template covers most gifted deals.
