ChamsPilot offers 5 user roles: Creators (content creators and influencers), Brands (companies managing campaigns), Agencies (multi-client management with whitelabel), Professional/CEO (email and business AI tools), and Personal (personal email organization). Each role unlocks a tailored dashboard.

There are no credits. Upgrade anytime to unlock monthly allotments, EldinAct automation, Deal Workspace, creator verification and campaign management.
ChamsPilot supports Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for creator verification and analytics. For email, we integrate with Gmail (Google OAuth) and Outlook (Microsoft OAuth). Payments are processed through Stripe.
ChamsPilot is a simple subscription, billed monthly or annually. There are no credits. Each paid plan includes a monthly allotment for metered tools (email reveals, searches, creator verifications, scripts, briefs, contracts, deal scans and outreach sends) plus a set number of daily ELDIN agent runs. Inbox AI replies and ELDIN chat are unlimited on every paid plan.
Add-ons are per-feature top-up packs you can buy on any active paid plan when you need more of one specific tool, for example extra Email Reveals, Verifications, Outreach Sends or Contracts. Your plan's monthly allotment is always used first, then your add-on packs. Packs never expire and apply only to the feature you bought.

Go to Settings > Billing or open the Pricing page and pick a plan. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Yes, anytime from Settings > Billing. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then your account returns to the free plan. No cancellation fees.
If something isn't right, email [email protected] within 7 days of a charge and we'll make it right. Unused add-on packs are non-refundable once purchased, but they never expire.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay through secure Stripe processing. Your invoices and payment history are always available under Settings > Billing.
Go to your dashboard, then Security, then click Enable 2FA. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy, enter the 6-digit code to confirm. Save your 8 backup codes in a safe place · they are your recovery option if you lose your authenticator.
When you check Trust this device during 2FA login, ChamsPilot remembers your device (IP plus browser) for 30 days. You will not need to enter 2FA codes on trusted devices. If your IP changes, you will be asked to verify again. Revoke all trusted devices from Security settings.
Use one of your 8 backup codes to sign in. Each backup code works once. If you have used all backup codes, contact [email protected] with your verified email for account recovery.
Absolutely. We access email only via OAuth (never your password). Email content is processed in real-time for AI features and not permanently stored. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). You can disconnect your email and revoke access anytime.
After 5 incorrect passwords, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. This protects against brute-force attacks. All failed attempts are logged in our security audit system. If you are locked out, wait 15 minutes or use Forgot Password to reset.
Email [email protected] with details. We take all reports seriously and aim to respond within 24 hours. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we have had a chance to address them.
EldinAct connects to your Gmail or Outlook and uses AI to automatically categorize incoming emails (deals, collaborations, personal, newsletters), draft smart replies, and surface important messages. It is like having a 24/7 AI assistant managing your inbox.
Enter any Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube handle. Our AI analyzes the profile for fake followers, engagement authenticity, audience demographics, and growth patterns. You will receive a detailed verification report with a trust score and risk flags.
A centralized hub for managing brand-creator partnerships. Track deal stages (negotiating, active, completed), communicate with partners, generate contracts with AI, and monitor campaign performance, all in one place.
ELDIN uses multiple advanced AI models that work together to deliver the best results. The system automatically selects the optimal model for each task, whether it is deep reasoning, research, or ultra-fast responses.
Create automated email outreach campaigns with AI-personalized messages. Set target recipients, choose a tone (professional, casual, friendly, formal), schedule the send date, and let AI personalize each email for maximum response rates.
Yes! Agency users can create custom report templates with configurable sections (Executive Summary, Engagement Metrics, Risk Assessment, etc.). Templates can be reused across clients and customized per report.
Open Settings > Integrations and reconnect the account, approving every requested permission on Google or Microsoft's screen. Tokens refresh automatically, but changing your Google/Microsoft password or revoking access there will require a quick reconnect.
Drafts are saved straight to your real Gmail Drafts folder, so check the same Google account you connected. If you don't see it, confirm ELDIN is enabled for that inbox and that the connection status is green in Settings > Integrations.
Sync runs automatically in the background. To force it, open the inbox and use the refresh control, or reconnect from Settings > Integrations if the status shows disconnected.
You'll see exactly which monthly allotment is used up. Either upgrade your plan for a larger allotment and more daily ELDIN runs, or buy a feature add-on pack for just that tool. Allotments reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Make sure you're on the latest version of a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) and reload the page. If a specific action keeps failing, email [email protected] with the page and what you clicked, and we'll jump on it.
Whitelabel lets agencies customize ChamsPilot with their own branding · company name, logo, colors, and custom domain. Available on Agency Scale and Enterprise plans. Your clients see your brand, not ours.
Go to Whitelabel, then the Domain tab. Enter your custom domain (e.g., app.youragency.com). Add a CNAME record pointing to chamspilot-whitelabel.com and the TXT verification record shown. Click Verify DNS once records propagate (usually 15-60 minutes).
Go to Whitelabel, then the Team tab. Invite team members by email with roles: Member (standard access), Admin (full management), or Viewer (read-only). Members receive an invitation email and can join your workspace immediately.
Agency Start: 5 team seats, basic features. Agency Scale: 25 seats, whitelabel, advanced analytics, API access. Agency Enterprise: Unlimited seats, SSO, dedicated support, custom integrations, SLA.
Go to Settings (gear icon in your sidebar). You can update your profile information, change your password (requires current password), and manage email preferences. For email changes, you will need to verify the new address.
Contact [email protected] with your desired role change. We will migrate your account while preserving your subscription and data. Note: some features may change based on the new role's dashboard.
Contact [email protected] with your account deletion request. We will process it within 30 days. All personal data will be deleted except what is legally required to retain. Active subscriptions will be cancelled.
ChamsPilot is fully responsive and works on all modern mobile browsers. We do not have a native app yet, but the web experience is optimized for mobile screens. Pin it to your home screen for app-like access.
