What is ChamsPilot

ChamsPilot is an AI operating system for creator partnerships. Account types

Pick the account type that matches you. Each one unlocks a tailored persona, pricing logic and toolset. You can switch a Personal account to Creator any time.

• Creator: Find brand deals, reply with AI at your rate, verify your stats, build contracts and scripts.
• Brand: Discover creators, run outreach, vet partners, generate briefs and manage every collaboration.
• Agency: Operate both sides, brands and creators, with commission aware pricing and bulk outreach.
• CEO / Professional: Executive workflows: high volume outreach, contracts and analytics for business development.
• Personal: Inbox AI and ELDIN for everyday email, plus the Story Viewer add-on for public Stories.

Getting started

Tip: your signature social handles (TikTok, Instagram, See my verified stats: @you) auto convert into clickable links in every draft, so recipients can tap straight through.

• Create your account: Sign up with email or continue with Google. Pick your account type, you will not be asked to re-verify a Google verified email.
• Connect your inbox: Go to Settings and connect Gmail, Outlook or any SMTP mailbox. ELDIN only ever sends from your own connected inbox, never a noreply address.
• Set your persona: Open Inbox, Persona and define your tone, pricing (separate brand and agency rates if you want), deliverables, payment terms and signature handles.
• Turn on Agents: Enable EldinAct from the ELDIN header. From now on you can just chat (find a brand, draft an intro, send it), and ELDIN does the work.

Smart Inbox AI

A unified inbox for Gmail, Outlook and SMTP with AI that replies in your voice and at your price. It reads context, detects whether the sender is a brand or an agency, and quotes the right rate automatically.

• Reply with AI: drafts a complete, on brand response you can edit before sending.
• Brand vs agency detection: applies your brand rate or agency rate, and you can override it with one tap.
• Editable To / Cc / Bcc: just like Gmail, for every provider.
• Smart late reply apology: adds a genuine apology when a message sat unanswered, aware of your Vacation Mode.
• Send with Undo: a short window to cancel before the email actually leaves.
• Platform aware: never offers a deliverable on a platform you are not on.

ELDIN and EldinAct agents

ELDIN is your chat assistant. EldinAct is the autonomous agent layer built right into that chat, so you can simply ask and it acts on your account (gated by your connected inbox, the Agents toggle and your plan limits).

Each agent run is a full multi step operation, so plans include a daily run allowance that scales with your tier. The live budget pills in the ELDIN header show your remaining searches, email reveals and agent runs at a glance.

Analytics

Track active and completed deals, messages sent, AI drafts, ELDIN chats and conversations, with activity over time (7, 30 or 90 days) and an AI usage breakdown, so you can see exactly where the platform is creating value.

Plans, Billing and Add-ons

Each account type has its own plan ladder. Billing is handled securely by Stripe and you manage everything from the Billing page.

• Monthly or annual billing, upgrade, downgrade or switch period any time.
• One time packs never expire, recurring boosts reset monthly.

• Cancel at period end: when you cancel you keep full access until the cycle you already paid for ends.
• Add-on store: top up exactly the feature you need: email reveals, searches, verifications, outreach, scans, contracts, scripts, briefs and story views.

Referrals

Share your invite link to earn rewards on your next invoice. The program is tracked with strong anti abuse protection (IP, fingerprint and settlement checks), and your live referral stats appear right on your dashboard.

Security and Privacy

Security is built in, not bolted on. Your inbox connection and data are handled to enterprise standards.

• Google and Microsoft OAuth with least privilege scopes; ELDIN never sends from a noreply address.
• Two factor authentication, session fingerprinting and rate limiting on sensitive actions.
• Reviewed against the Google CASA security standard.
• Your keys and credentials stay yours, AI runs on your own provider access.

Languages

The whole platform speaks 6 languages: English, Spanish, French, Arabic (with full RTL support), Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. ELDIN also replies in your language automatically.
