What it isn't

Is it a closed portal that requires both sides to sign in?

No. The deal lives at a shareable URL like chamspilot.com/d/abc123, secured by a 4-digit PIN delivered to the creator separately. Creators do NOT need a ChamsPilot account to view, edit, or sign a deal. Optional brand login is for the dashboard view of all your deals; the link itself works without it.

Where does the PIN come from?

The brand sets the PIN when sending the deal (or accepts an auto-generated one). The PIN is sent to the creator via SMS, WhatsApp, email separately from the link · so even if the link leaks, the deal stays sealed. No PIN is ever embedded in the public URL.

Can a creator track multiple deals from different brands?

Yes, optionally · creators can create a free ChamsPilot account to see all their incoming deals in one dashboard. They never have to, the per-deal PIN-link works without it.

What about agencies sitting between brand and creator?

Agencies get a dual-link system · one PIN-link to the creator, one PIN-link to the brand. Each side only sees their half of the deal so the agency margin stays protected. See /deal-tracker/agencies for the playbook.

What happens after the deal is signed?

Payment milestones, content drafts, post-launch verification all flow through the same shareable link. Both sides watch the timeline tick in real-time · the link is the workspace, not a separate portal.
